Important Notice

• You must carry and use your own bicycle for the event. No bicycles will be provided by organizers.

1. Participation Eligibility

• Participants must be physically fit and medically able to cycle the selected route (5 KM / 10 KM).
• Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or must provide written consent.

2. Safety Requirements

• Wearing a helmet is not mandatory.
• Participants must follow all traffic rules, event marshals' instructions, and maintain lane discipline.
• Unsafe behaviour, rash riding, or disobeying instructions may result in disqualification.
• Participants must bring and use their own bicycles.

3. Health & Liability Waiver

• Participants understand that cycling involves physical exertion and accept all risks associated with participation.
• HERWA, Rotaract Club of Hiranandani Legends, organizers, sponsors, and volunteers will not be liable for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal property.
• Participants are responsible for assessing their own health condition before participating.

4. Registration & Fees

• Registration fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Successful payment and email confirmation constitute valid registration.

5. Event Rules

• Participants must arrive on time and check in at the reporting counter using the provided QR code.
• No on-the-spot registrations will be entertained.
• The T-shirt size once chosen cannot be changed later.
• Participants should maintain decorum and respect other riders, volunteers, and event officials.
• Participants must collect their event kits on the announced day only.

6. Photography & Media Consent

• By participating, you grant permission to the organizers to capture photos/videos during the event.
• These may be used for promotional and social media content without compensation.

7. Event Changes & Cancellation

• Organizers reserve the right to postpone, modify, or cancel the event due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, refunds may not be applicable.

8. Personal Data

• Participant data collected during registration will be used strictly for event coordination, safety, and communication purposes.
• Data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

9. Code of Conduct

• Participants must behave responsibly and avoid any actions that could endanger themselves or others.
• Alcohol, drugs, and any illegal substances are strictly prohibited before or during the ride.

10. Agreement

• By completing the registration and checking the agreement box, you confirm that:
• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
• All information provided is accurate.
• You agree to participate at your own risk and abide by all event rules.
